All Nippon Airways Check-in Methods

You can check-in to the airline using following methods-

Airport check-in:

Passengers are required to reach the airport in time to be able to check in their baggage, get security clearance and get a boarding pass. They can either be at the counter queue or make use of the kiosk kept there for this purpose.

For domestic flights, the passengers are required to check-in at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight.

For international flights, the passengers are required to check-in at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight.

Passengers are expected to arrive at the boarding gate no later than 30 minutes before the flight time.

Online check-in:

ANA online check-in begins 24 hours before and continues till 75 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight.

Online check in can be done using the website of the airline or its mobile application.

All Nippon Airways Frequent Flyer Program

All Nippon Airways has a frequent flyer program by the name of ANA Mileage Club. It is a miles-based program which allocates a certain number of points depending on the number of miles flown. You can earn points on flying with the airline, making purchases with the ANA credit card, flying with partner carriers, staying in hotels, booking car rentals and shopping with partners.

The earned points can be redeemed by booking air tickets on ANA, booking hotels and on upgrades to the higher level of seating in the cabin.

All Nippon Airways Baggage Policy

All Nippon Airways allows carriage of carry-on and checked baggage on its flights.

Check-in baggage:

Generally, ANA allows two checked bags for Economy Class passengers on international flights, with each bag weighing up to 50 lbs. Business and First Class passengers are allowed more.

Additional charges apply for overweight and oversized bags.

Maximum linear dimensions must not exceed 62 inches, and weight must not exceed 50 pounds unless paying for excess baggage.

ANA frequent flyers and premium passengers may be eligible for additional baggage allowances.

Carry-on Baggage:

The carry-on baggage is free for all. The dimensions of the carry-on bag shall not exceed 22'' x 16'' x 10'' or 45 linear inches. A personal item such as a purse, laptop bag, or camera bag is also allowed.
