Frontier airlines check in can be done in various ways. These include-
Airport check in: You can be in the queue at the airport check-in counter of the airline for getting the boarding pass. Else, you can make use of the kiosks for this purpose. Frontier airlines does not provide free allowance for check-in or carry-on baggage. In addition, there are restrictions on the number of bags, weight and size of baggage.
1. Carry On Baggage: You need to carry the bag no larger than 24"H, 16"W, 10"D and the weight shall not exceed 35 pounds. Coats, diapers, canes, crutches, assistive devices are free of charge and can be carried in addition to hand baggage.
Personal items are also allowed to be carried without any fee but with the restriction on size. Their size shall not exceed 8 inches depth, 18 inches width and 14 inches height.
2. Check-in Baggage: Passengers have to pay for every check-in bag. There is no free allowance. Check-in bag shall not be more than 62 inches of linear dimension and 42 pounds of weight. If weight or size is more, additional charges have to be paid. However, bags shall not exceed 100 pounds weight and 110 linear inches in size.
It also charges for carriage of special baggage, including sporting goods and musical instruments.
