LATAM Airlines Baggage Policy

LATAM offers a flexible baggage policy based on route, fare type, and travel class. It is advisable to review your specific fare conditions before traveling.

Carry-On Baggage:

Passengers are allowed one carry-on bag and one personal item free of charge.

The carry-on bag must not exceed 55 x 35 x 25 cm (21.5 x 13.5 x 10 in) and should weigh no more than 8 kg (17.6 lb) for Economy or 16 kg (35 lb) total across two pieces for Premium cabins.

Personal items include small backpacks, handbags, or laptop bags and must fit under the seat in front.

Checked Baggage:

Checked baggage allowance depends on the fare and route. Most Economy fares include at least 1 piece of 23 kg (50 lb), while Premium Economy and Business Class may allow up to 3 bags.

Each checked bag must not exceed 158 cm (62 linear inches). Oversize or overweight bags incur additional fees.
